Identifying and Capturing Opportunities

A defense company was underperforming in aftermarket service orders because its focus was primarily on new systems sales. NDB Holding Group helped the client develop digital tools to identify aftermarket opportunities, implemented capability-building programs for the salesforce, created improved commercial campaigns, and optimized inventory and procurement operations for spare parts. We also updated tracking processes to monitor all commercial opportunities. These solutions resulted in a more than 40 percent increase in aftermarket service orders.

Market Analysis and Insights

An aerospace company aimed to become the leading provider of aftermarket services but lacked insight into its installed base and relied on a cost-plus pricing approach.
