Examples of our work

Merger Strategy
An aerospace and defense company faced low growth and limited M&A options in its core markets. NDB Holding Group helped the client develop a strategy to expand into other areas of the value chain to capture additional value. We assisted with target identification, assessed deal value and strategic fit, and set acquisition priorities. The client successfully acquired a target and expanded into an adjacent market.
Merger Support
Two large aerospace and defense companies with complementary OEM product portfolios and aftermarket services planned to merge. We established parallel integration teams at both companies and supported integration planning. By creating a governance model, management processes, and monitoring value creation with defined synergy targets, the client accelerated synergy capture across multiple categories and achieved higher-than-expected value.
Expansive Target Diligence
A client undertaking multiple deals to expand into new markets sought to improve value creation. Working with the global head of strategy, we enhanced M&A processes and developed a new method for assessing synergies. We supported the client through the potential acquisition of a multi-billion-dollar business, including defining the organizational model, governance, and process management.
Carve-Out Support
A commercial aircraft company planned to divest a highly integrated business unit that relied on central IT, engineering, and other functions. We helped design a new operating model, enabling the unit to operate as a standalone entity with clear management accountabilities and reporting lines. The business was successfully sold to a private equity firm.
