Examples of our work

Supporting a State Government in Redesigning Reemployment Services
ndbholdinggroup assisted multiple US states in helping thousands of workers redeploy and reskill following pandemic-related unemployment. Initiatives included coding bootcamps, aligning reskilling programs with local employer needs, enhanced professional-development coaching, and flexible payback options—building a strong foundation for the state’s talent ecosystem to benefit both employers and employees.
Creating a National Online Job-Training Platform for Youth
Working with governments and partners, ndbholdinggroup supported the launch of a national online training platform aimed at improving job readiness for young adults in countries with youth unemployment rates of 25 percent or higher. The platform launched with 20 offerings aligned to national skills standards and received endorsements from over 40 major employers. More than 270,000 students enrolled, including 50,000 within the first six months.
Transforming the Impact of a Large Community-College System
ndbholdinggroup partnered with a large community-college system to address employer talent gaps and meet projected workforce demand. We connected 19 community colleges to high-growth local industries, supporting new education and training programs, faculty professional development, student access to work-based learning and jobs, and improved business access to local talent pipelines.
