Interviews
Your interview experience at NDB Holding Group will vary depending on the role you apply for. Some roles include online assessments, others may have group exercises, and the number of colleagues you meet can differ. Many interviews are conducted virtually, offering the same high-quality experience regardless of location. Your recruiter will guide you through each step so you know what to expect.

Experience Day
Certain roles, such as executive assistants, business presentation specialists, and select visual graphics positions, include participation in an Experience Day. This can take place virtually or at one of our NDB Holding Group offices.
Experience Days may involve a role simulation to assess your skills, a group exercise to collaborate and problem-solve, and interviews with colleagues to ask questions and learn more about our company and culture. The day provides a realistic preview of the role, its responsibilities, and required skills, helping both you and the interviewers determine if the position is the right fit.
