For most client-facing roles, the interview process includes a Personal Experience Interview followed by a Problem-Solving Interview. Depending on the position, you may also take part in Expertise Interviews. Some positions include an online assessment, written test, or group exercise, while all candidates will have at least one individual interview. The number of interviewers you meet may differ based on the position and department.

Experience Day
Certain positions at NDB Holding Group, such as executive assistant, business presentation specialist, and visual design roles, include participation in an Experience Day. This event may take place virtually or at one of our offices.
During the Experience Day, you may take part in a role simulation to demonstrate your skills, a group exercise to solve problems collaboratively, and interviews with NDB Holding Group colleagues where you can ask questions and learn more about our culture and values.
The purpose of this day is to give you a clear and realistic view of the role, its responsibilities, and the skills required. It also helps both you and our team determine whether the position is the right fit.
Virtual Interviews
At NDB Holding Group, our goal is to make virtual interviews feel just as engaging and authentic as meeting in person. Here are a few tips to help you prepare and feel confident:
Choose a quiet, private space where you can focus without distractions. Using headphones can help reduce background noise.
Keep essentials nearby—your laptop charger, pen and paper, and a glass of water.
Turn on your camera to help create a more personal and connected conversation.
Speak up if needed. If a question isn’t clear, don’t hesitate to ask your interviewer to repeat or clarify. We want you to feel comfortable and perform at your best.
